My Holiday

During the holidays me, my mum, my three brothers, my little sister and my brother’s girlfriend went to Rotorua for a four day holiday to see my auntie, uncle and my four cousins.

The first night over we had hot spas just after having a mean as feed that my auntie cooked, I think that night we had spaghetti Bolognese or fettuccini any one of them would have been nice anyway, a while later after that we were sort of entertained by some drama, horror, and some comedy movies it was a crack-up night and a alright holiday, not cool, but alright.

Later on that week we begun our trip back home during the end of that day, said our good-byes and went straight home, no stops anywhere, just straight home. We got home that night and everyone was tired from the travelling and went straight to bed.

For the rest of the holidays I went to my nans house for a couple of nights, hung out with my cousins watched more movies and some boring TV then after that mini weekend when it was just about the ending of the holidays for most of us I came home. I went to sleep that night woke up and went to school.

With a partner take a photo of each other showing the correct seating position for good posture with flat feet on the floor, sit well back into the seat, the chair back should be supporting you, your hands should be on the guide keys with your wrists lifted and not resting on the edge of the table.

Complete the fourth slide of your presentation: it should have your posture photo with arrows and text boxes showing the important parts to remember.

Copy your posture photo and add it to your Blog. Add a post about what it shows and why it is important to remember to sit properly.

Make two choices from those left available: Key board technique, Care of the Eyes, lighting, Ventilation, Mini breaks and micro breaks.

Complete the fifth and sixth slides of your presentation using either a photo you have taken or a photo from the pictures folder.

Blog

During the start of creating my blog was hard, because it was confusing and it was difficult to make when it came to the end of making blogs it ended up easy and pretty cool.

Posture photo

This is a piture of me and the important ways of sitting properly while using a computer. They are: Feet flat on the ground, sitting well back into the chair, the back of the seat should be supporting you, and lastly your hands on the guide keys with your wrist lifted and not resting on the edge of the keyboard.

Keyboarding and speed work

Keyboarding was sort of hard at the beginning, trying to keep my fingers on the right letters was the hardest because it was confusing and awkward to do, but it ended up pretty easy at the end. Speed work was cool because we could race against other people and upgrade our typing. During the start of this lesson I wasn't really good but having heaps of practice helped. At finishing I ended up with some pretty good results with my typing, I enjoyed it, I learned alot and it was fun.
